Celebrate Summer Solstice with Reno Pagan Pride!
This Saturday, June 22nd, join Reno Pagan Pride for a fun-filled midsummer picnic at Idlewild Park’s Large Terrace! It’s a fantastic opportunity to mingle with fellow pagans, enjoy the sunshine, and celebrate the longest day of the year.
Food, Fun, and Community
We’ll be grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs, but to keep things potluck style, we encourage everyone to bring a dish to share. This is a low-key event, perfect for getting to know others in the pagan community of Reno.
Keeping the Little Ones Entertained
We haven’t forgotten about the young pagans! We’ll have children’s activities to keep them occupied throughout the afternoon. There’s a playground nearby for them to explore, and the amazing Lili will be leading a suncatcher craft session using nature’s bounty.
Eco-Friendly Fun
For some splashy summer fun, we’ll have bubbles galore and reusable water balloons. We want to keep our celebration eco-friendly, so ditch the disposable water balloons and embrace the reusables!
Supporting Reno Pagan Pride
We’ll also be hosting a raffle to raise funds for Reno Pagan Pride. Local businesses and community members have generously donated some beautiful items, so you won’t want to miss your chance to win!
